Privacy Policy

It is in nobody’s best interests to disclose any information to parties outside of any isolated transaction.  We really prefer to work with and through established relationships rather than attempt to circumvent sources.  Our overall intent is to build trust because we consider our relationships as our true assets.

When we open a business file to pursue a transaction or project together, it is thereby understood and agreed that information being supplied between the parties is strictly for purposes of engaging in a transaction or obtaining trade financing. Upon reception, Stantonreed warrants that use of information provided by the applicant will be restricted to internal purposes to facilitate the transaction.  At no time will information supplied be disseminated to brokers or posted on any internet facility, social or otherwise.

The parties will maintain complete confidentiality, regarding each other’s business sources and/or their affiliates and will disclose such business sources only to named parties pursuant to the express written permission of the party who made that source available.

Stantonreed does not operate telemarketing or email marketing campaigns. Conversely, we have restricted publishing the names and contact details of our own principals, consultants and other staff in an effort to limit exposure to the same targeted marketing campaigns. Personnel details are offered on a need-to-know basis.
